We do not hold authorization certificate direct from Unify India division; reason for non-allocation of same is best known to them. However, our imports are directly from Unify Germany; therefore, procurement either from M/s Hexa Communications Pvt Ltd., or from Unify distributor i.e. Inflow are one & same since products supplied shall carry One Year Warranty and product features assimilated with that of OEM product.

Since Shri Praveen Kumar Nair took over the challenges after his discontinuation of services with Siemens Enterprise Communication following with Unify of catering services of provision of spares to many reputed establishments which includes railways, defense organization etc at a very reasonable and cost effective price.
We are having an MOU with a German Company who was an erstwhile partner of SIEMENS AG and SEN from whom we import all required OEM Spares. We believe that you are aware that technically only OEM spares are compatible with the systems. Today we are able to serve companies like NPCIL, BARC, IOCL, Indian Railways, ADANI and much more systems on the ground that we directly import from Overseas spares of various kinds required for Maintenance of HiPath Systems. Owing to reason, we are not only be able to support but at the same time we have been successfully carrying out Maintenance Contracts with the establishment of repute kind. All type of Programming, Maintenance Support, Repairing activities are being carried out in our workshop. Also our import are done through proper channel without any hurdles; that even dealer / distributor will not be able to support or perform the activity as described by us in this write up.
