Return Eligibility Window
Our refund and return policy is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery.
If 7 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return :
The product must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as received. The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and certificates (if applicable). A valid invoice or proof of purchase must be provided.
Returns will not be accepted if :
The product shows signs of installation, usage, improper handling, or tampering. The original packaging or components are missing or damaged.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:Downloadable, digital, or licensed software products
- Gift cards or promotional vouchers
- Customized configurations or special-order telecom equipment
- Clearance or marked-down items
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted under the following conditions:
Items returned with missing accessories, manuals, packaging, or components. Products damaged due to reasons not related to our handling, logistics, or manufacturing. Items returned after the 7-day return window (subject to approval and restocking fee).
Refund Process
Once your return is received, inspected, and approved:
You will receive a confirmation email regarding the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7–15 working days after approval.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the processing time :
Check your bank or payment account, Contact your financial institution as processing timelines vary, If the issue persists, contact us at services@hexacpl.com and we will assist further.
Exchanges
We offer replacements only for defective, damaged, or DOA (Dead on Arrival) products.
To initiate an exchange, contact us via email with product details, invoice, and supporting photos/videos at : services@hexacpl.com and once approved, ship the product to : Hexa Communications Private Limited.

Shipping Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless otherwise approved under warranty or DOA policy. Shipping charges are non-refundable. For high-value telecom equipment, we recommend using a trackable courier service and opting for shipping insurance.
Hexa Communications Private Limited is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
