The Siemens SLMA8 (S30810-Q2191-C100) is an analogue subscriber line interface module designed for use in enterprise PBX telephone systems such as Unify HiPath 3800 and OpenScape Business X8. It provides 8 analogue a/b subscriber ports that allow connection of traditional analog devices (telephones, fax machines, answering machines, PA systems, door entry systems, etc.) to the PBX system. The module generates its own ringing voltage, so no external ring generator is required, and supports standard analog interface signaling.
